After breakfast at your hotel in Moshi, your expert cultural guide from Trekking Marshals Adventure will pick you up at around 8:30 AM for a scenic drive out to a traditional Maasai boma settlement.
Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by the community with traditional singing and dancing. During your immersive visit, you will explore the construction of Maasai huts (manyattas), learn about their livestock-centric pastoral lifestyle, view intricate beadwork craftsmanship, and hear fascinating folklore and customs directly from community members. Enjoy a picnic lunch before heading back to Moshi in the afternoon.
